Each year NORTROP handles thousands of orders for our own account as contracting carrier and also on behalf of our clients. Shipments range from single containers of 21,5 mt to cargoes of 25.000mt.

NORTROP has a large team of professionals who are dedicated to the handling of a wide variety of shipments.

Clients can outsource much of their “back office” operations to this team. This can assist with streamlining a client`s business, and lower costs.

As architects of transport we assist our clients in their competiveness on the global market. This means that we permanently observe the world market in its cost structures, facilities and techniques which also include port facilities as well as pre- and oncarriage of the various cargoes.

We are able to provide our clients with advice on the most economic way of executing a carriage, advice on which documentation best serves their needs and which contractual terms best protect their interests.
